Programme terms

Cosmic Beacon
terms and conditions.

These are the terms of the Runecast AI Cosmic Beacon programme. They apply to you from the moment you submit an application, and for as long as you take part. Please read them — we have kept them as short and as plain as we can, and we have marked the few numbers that are genuinely not final yet rather than pretending they are.

Version 1.3 · 20 August 2026 · Runecast AI

The honest headline. Runecast AI has no paid plans today, so no commission can be earned yet by anyone. The programme starts earning the day paid subscriptions launch. We are approving Cosmic Beacons now so they are briefed and holding their links before that day, not scrambling during it.

1What this programme is, and who it is between

The Cosmic Beacon programme is Runecast AI's community-leader and referral programme. A person accepted into it is called a Cosmic Beacon. It is run by Pulse Licensing Corp., the company that operates Runecast AI ("Runecast AI", "we", "us") — a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama, with its registered address at PH Metric, Via Brazil, #18-B, Panama City, Panama, Republic of Panama, 7182. These terms are the agreement between you and us about the programme.

They cover the programme only. Your use of the Runecast AI app itself is governed separately by our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2Eligibility, and how approval works

To apply you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter an agreement;
  • have a real audience of your own — a channel, a newsletter, a community, a practice — rather than a link farm or bought traffic;
  • give us accurate information in your application, and keep it up to date;
  • comply with the law that applies to you, including advertising, marketing, tax and data-protection law.

Acceptance is at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not make you a Cosmic Beacon and creates no entitlement to commission. We may decline any application without giving a reason, and we may decide how many Cosmic Beacons to approve and when. You become a Cosmic Beacon only when we tell you in writing that you are approved.

We may also decline or remove anyone whose audience, content or conduct we reasonably consider incompatible with the app — for example content that is hateful, adult, illegal, or that markets astrology as medical, financial or legal advice.

3When the programme starts

Paid plans are not live yet. Until they are, there is nothing to sell, nothing to earn and nothing owed to you. Commission can only be earned on paid subscriptions taken after the day paid plans launch, and only by Cosmic Beacons who were approved before that subscription started.

Before the programme opens we will send every approved Cosmic Beacon the final commission thresholds, the payment schedule and the launch assets, in writing.

4Commission — the rates, and when they are earned

The commission ladder is:

TierHow you reach itRate
Tier 1 From the day you are approved 20% recurring
Tier 2 A referral / revenue threshold threshold to be confirmed in writing 25% recurring
Platinum A higher threshold threshold to be confirmed in writing 30% recurring, plus a one-time bonus

How the rate works

  • It is recurring. You earn on every month a person you referred keeps a paid subscription, not only on their first payment.
  • Your rate only climbs. When you reach a new tier, the new rate applies from that moment to everyone in your book, including people you referred long before. We do not go back and recalculate months that have already been paid out — what was paid at 20% stays paid at 20% — but everything from the tier change onward is at your new rate.
  • Reaching Platinum also pays a one-time bonus on the book you have already built, paid once, on top of the rate change. bonus formula to be confirmed in writing
  • The lifetime offer — the capped, one-time lifetime offer — carries your commission rate in the same way. Note that the ~500-seat, $299 Founding Member draft still described on the Share the Stars page has been retired; it is replaced by the Founding Circle — 100 numbered seats at $1,000, opened once and never reopened, private and sold by invitation for now. commission rate on a lifetime seat still to be confirmed in writing
  • There is no cap on what you can earn, no exclusivity, and no quota you must hit to keep your rate.

What commission is calculated on

Commission is calculated on the subscription amount paid by the person you referred, before or after payment-processing and app-store fees — to be confirmed in writing before the programme opens, and excluding any sales tax, VAT, GST or QST collected on behalf of a tax authority.

A commission is earned only when we have actually collected the money, and it becomes payable once the refund and chargeback window for that payment has passed hold period to be confirmed. Payment schedule, payment method and any minimum payout balance will be confirmed to you in writing before the programme opens to be confirmed.

4bThe Constellation override — the level below you

Alongside your own commission, you may earn a Constellation override on the level immediately below you. It is one level deep, we pay it ourselves, and it is never taken out of anyone else's commission.

4b.1 What it is

A Second-Level Member is a person whose account is attributed to someone whose own account is attributed to you. In plain words: you refer or introduce someone; that person later brings in people of their own; those people are your Constellation. You earn 5% of the subscription amount those people pay — flat, whatever tier you or they have reached. It is calculated on the same basis as ordinary commission (clause 4), it is paid in addition to your own commission, and it does not change your rate or your tier.

Whether Second-Level Members count towards the tier thresholds in clause 4 is not yet settled. to be confirmed in writing before the programme opens

4b.2 One level, and never two

The override reaches exactly one level below you and stops there. You are never credited on anyone attributed to a Second-Level Member, however long a real chain of introductions runs, and there is no third level to be earned, recorded, unlocked or reached. Our attribution records hold one level and cannot store another. This is a permanent feature of the programme, not a setting.

4b.3 Twelve months, and the day they begin

Each Second-Level Member carries their own twelve-month window, and windows run independently, member by member. A window begins on the later of two dates: the date that member is attributed — their own start date, not the date you made the introduction — and the date paid subscriptions open.

In practice: while Runecast AI is free, no window is running at all. Every member attributed before paid subscriptions open begins their twelve months on the day paid subscriptions open; every member attributed after that day begins on their own start date. No window is spent on a period in which no subscription could be paid, so introducing people early costs you nothing.

A window ends twelve calendar months after it begins. Where the day it begins falls on a date the final month does not have, the window ends on the last day of that month. When a member's window ends, the override on that member ends with it.

4b.4 We pay it, and it is never deducted from anyone

The override is paid by Runecast AI out of its own revenue. It is never deducted from the commission of the Cosmic Beacon or the member through whom that person arrived, and it does not reduce, delay or alter anything they are paid. They are not charged for it and lose nothing by your being credited.

4b.5 Nobody is paid for a signup

No override is payable for an introduction, an application, an approval, a free account, a download or any other act of recruiting. Where the person between you and a Second-Level Member is an applicant to this programme, we approve them on their own merits under clause 2 or not at all — an introduction from you qualifies nobody.

An override becomes earnable only when a Second-Level Member takes a paid subscription that we actually collect, and it is then subject to the same collection, hold, refund and chargeback rules as ordinary commission (clauses 4 and 10). If the person you introduced never produces a paid subscription, this clause pays you nothing, for as long as that remains true.

4b.6 The monthly cap

Total Constellation override earned in any calendar month is capped per Cosmic Beacon. cap amount to be confirmed in writing before the programme opens The cap applies to override earnings only: there is no cap on the commission you earn on your own referrals.

4b.7 Self-dealing, households and connected accounts

No override is payable where you, a member of your household, an account you control, or anyone acting on your behalf appears at either level — as the person in between or as the Second-Level Member. Clause 6 applies to this clause in full, including to introductions arranged for the purpose of routing a person around it.

You must not offer, promise or pay anyone a share of an override, and you must not pay anyone to be introduced or to accept an introduction.

4b.8 Reversals and clawbacks

Clause 10 applies to the override exactly as it applies to commission. If a Second-Level Member's payment is refunded, charged back, reversed or found to be fraudulent, the override on that payment is cancelled; if it has already been paid to you, it is deducted from your next payment or, if there is no next payment, repayable to us on request. The same applies to any override traced to self-referral, fake accounts or prohibited promotion.

4b.9 If you leave, or if the person in between leaves

The override is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned. If your participation ends for fraud or a serious breach of these terms, no override is payable. Otherwise, override properly earned before the end date is paid on the normal schedule, and whether the override continues on Second-Level Members after you leave follows the same rule as ordinary commission in clause 11. to be confirmed in writing

Where the Cosmic Beacon or member between you and a Second-Level Member leaves the programme, the effect on your existing override is not yet settled. to be confirmed in writing before the programme opens

4b.10 No claims about Constellation income

The ban on income and earnings claims in clause 7 applies to the Constellation override in full. Do not tell anyone what they will earn from introductions, do not present your own override as typical, and do not describe the programme as a team, a network, a downline, an organisation or a way to earn from introducing people. There is no earnings history to quote: the programme has not opened, and no override has ever been paid.

4b.11 Where this stands today

Paid plans are not live, so no override is payable to anyone yet and none has been paid. What exists today is the record: from 19 August 2026 attributions are recorded and dated as they happen, one level deep. Because paid plans are not live, no twelve-month window has started for anyone, and none can have expired — every window begins on the day paid subscriptions open, or later, under clause 4b.3. Clause 3 applies to the override exactly as it applies to commission. An attribution recorded is not a payment promised and creates no debt.

5Your link, and how a referral is attributed

Approved Cosmic Beacons receive a tracked referral link. A person is attributed to you when they arrive through your link and create an account, subject to the attribution window and method we publish in your dashboard attribution window and last-click rules to be confirmed.

You must use the link as issued. Do not cloak it in a way that hides where it leads, do not strip or rewrite its tracking, and do not attempt to attach it to traffic that did not come from you.

6Self-referral and fraud

You cannot earn commission on yourself. No commission is payable on accounts or subscriptions taken by you, by a member of your household, by an account you control, or by anyone acting on your behalf to generate a commission.

The following end your participation immediately:

  • creating fake, duplicate or automated accounts, or paying anyone to;
  • cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, auto-redirects, pop-unders, adware, browser extensions that inject the link, or any technique that attributes a person who did not choose to click;
  • generating subscriptions with stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
  • rebating, kickbacks or cash incentives paid to someone in exchange for subscribing, unless we have agreed it in writing;
  • any attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate or game the tracking or the tier thresholds.

Where we reasonably suspect fraud we may withhold payment while we investigate, and we may reverse any commission that came from it.

7How you may promote Runecast AI

No spam

Promote only to people who have chosen to hear from you. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS or direct messages; no posting your link into communities, comment sections or groups where it is unwelcome or against the rules; no automated mass messaging. You must comply with the anti-spam law that applies to you — including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the US CAN-SPAM Act and the EU/UK e-privacy rules — and honour unsubscribe requests promptly.

No predictive, guaranteed-outcome, medical, legal or financial claims

Runecast AI is a product for insight, reflection and entertainment. In every language, on every channel, and in every format — written, spoken, filmed or captioned — you must not present it, or allow it to be understood, as:

  • able to predict the future, foresee events, or reveal what will happen;
  • able to guarantee, promise or produce an outcome of any kind — including money, love, a job, a relationship, a decision or a result;
  • medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic or health advice, diagnosis, treatment, healing or cure;
  • financial, investment, trading, tax or accounting advice;
  • legal advice, or a substitute for a lawyer;
  • a substitute for any professional the person should be seeing instead.

This applies to testimonials and stories as much as to claims you make yourself. A sentence such as “Runecast AI predicted my divorce”, “it told me to sell” or “it healed my anxiety” is prohibited even when someone else said it — do not publish it, quote it, screenshot it, subtitle it or leave it standing in a comment you control. Do not market to people in acute distress, in grief, or in a health or money crisis.

Why this one is absolute. The payment providers that make it possible to pay you at all accept this category on one written condition: entertainment only, no claims and no predictions. A single promotional page that breaks it can cost the whole company its ability to take payments — which means every Cosmic Beacon stops being paid, not just the one who wrote it.

The consequence. Breaching this section is a serious breach of these terms. We may require the material to be corrected or taken down immediately, and we may remove you from the Cosmic Beacon programme at once and without notice under clause 11, withholding or reversing any commission connected with the material under clause 10. Where the breach is a first offence, honest and promptly fixed, we would rather ask you to fix it — but that is our choice to make, not a right you hold.

No income or earnings claims

Do not tell anyone what they will earn as a Cosmic Beacon, or publish your own results as though they were typical. There is no earnings history to quote: the programme has not opened.

Honest representation of the product and the offer

Describe prices, features, free content and offers accurately, and correct anything that becomes out of date. Do not invent discounts, deadlines, scarcity or endorsements. Do not create fake reviews or testimonials.

Do not present yourself as us

Do not register domains, social handles, app listings, pages or ad accounts that could be mistaken for official Runecast AI ones, and do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are our employee, agent or spokesperson. You may use the brand assets we give you, unmodified, to promote the app; that permission is limited, non-exclusive and ends when your participation does.

Paid search on our brand terms

Do not bid on "Runecast", "Runecast AI" or close variants and misspellings in paid search or app-store ads, and do not use them in display URLs. this restriction is a founder decision and may be relaxed — to be confirmed Paid advertising on non-brand keywords is allowed, provided everything else on this page is respected.

Placement

Do not place our brand alongside content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights.

8Disclosing that you are paid

Every time you promote Runecast AI, say plainly that you may be paid for it. The disclosure must be clear, easy to notice, close to the link or recommendation — not buried in a bio, a description, a hashtag pile or a separate page — and in the language you are speaking to your audience in.

Something as simple as "I'm a Runecast AI partner and I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link" is enough. Video and audio need a spoken disclosure as well as a written one.

This is required by law in most of the markets we operate in — the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, Canada's Competition Act deceptive-marketing provisions, and the equivalent rules in the EU and the UK. Following it is your responsibility, and we may end your participation if you do not.

9The privacy of the people you refer

The people who join through you are our users — not your contacts, and not your list. Runecast AI decides how their personal information is used and answers for it; taking part in this programme never makes you responsible for their data and never gives you any right to use it. This clause says exactly what you see about them, and what you do not.

9.1 What your Cosmic Beacon report shows you

For each person attributed to you directly, your report shows:

  • their first name only — never a surname;
  • the date they were attributed to you;
  • whether they arrived through a personal link or a broadcast link;
  • an internal account reference, which identifies nobody outside our own systems.

Alongside those rows you see totals: how many people are attributed to you, how many are in your Constellation, and, of those, how many have not yet started their twelve-month window, how many are inside it, and how many have reached the end of it.

The report is not open to Cosmic Beacons yet — the programme has not started earning. Those are the fields it holds today, and they are what you will see when it opens.

9.2 Second-Level Members: yes, you see their first names too

We want to be exact about this, because it is the part people assume goes the other way. For each Second-Level Member (clause 4b) your report shows their first name, the first name of the member they came in through, the date they were attributed, their twelve-month window — whether it has begun, and if it has, whether it is still open — and the override rate that applies to them. That is so you can see and check what you are being paid on.

Nothing else about a Second-Level Member reaches you, and being credited on someone gives you no relationship with them, no introduction to them, and no right to contact them.

9.3 What you never receive

Your report never contains — and we will not supply, confirm or export to you on request — a referred person's email address, telephone number, surname, postal address, date, time or place of birth, natal chart, readings, journal, chat, private Orbit activity, payment details or subscription amount. That holds for people attributed to you directly and for Second-Level Members alike.

The one route by which any of that can reach you is not this programme but the ordinary features of the app, and it is described in 9.5.

9.4 They are not on a list you own

Being attributed to you does not place anyone on a mailing list, a CRM, an audience or any other marketing database you control, and does not give you permission to contact them. If you run your own list or community, that is yours and yours alone: you need your own lawful basis, your own privacy notice and your own consents, and you must never suggest that Runecast AI is handling those people's data when it is you handling it.

9.5 Contacts, invite pages and the Cosmic Circle

Separately from this programme, Runecast AI has ordinary sharing features that anyone can use with anyone. If a person opens an invite page you sent and enters their own details to receive a free chart, the details they entered are saved as a contact in your account — because they entered them, to you, deliberately, to get the thing they asked for. If they go on to join your Cosmic Circle, what you can see is whatever that feature shows a connection, on the settings that apply to it.

This is a feature of the app, not a benefit of being a Cosmic Beacon. It is governed by our Privacy Policy, it applies to ordinary members exactly as it applies to you, and it changes nothing in 9.3 or 9.4: the person remains our user, they are still not your list, and anything you hold about them may be used only inside the app, for the readings the app produces, and for nothing else.

9.6 You must not collect data on our behalf

You must not collect signup details, birth data or payment information for us or in our name, ask anyone to send those to you, or enter someone else's details to create an account for them. Signing up happens on our pages, in our app, done by the person themselves.

9.7 How we handle it

We handle the information in your application, and the data we record about your referrals, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it. If a referred person asks us to stop showing you their first name, or exercises any other right they have under data-protection law, we act on their request rather than on your expectations — including by removing detail from your report.

10Reversals, clawbacks and refunds

Commission is only ever payable on money we keep. If a payment is refunded, charged back, reversed, or turns out to be fraudulent, the commission on it is cancelled — and if it has already been paid to you, it is deducted from your next payment or, if there is no next payment, repayable to us on request.

The same applies to any commission earned in breach of these terms, including commission traced to self-referral, fake accounts or prohibited promotion.

11Ending your participation

You may leave at any time, for any reason, by telling us in writing. We may end your participation at any time as well, on notice — and immediately, without notice, in the case of fraud, a serious breach of these terms, or conduct that damages the brand.

When participation ends: stop using the link and the brand assets, and remove them from your channels within a reasonable time. Commission properly earned before the end date is paid on the normal schedule, subject to the refund and chargeback rules above. Whether commission continues on subscriptions your referrals keep after you leave to be confirmed in writing. Nothing is owed on a termination for fraud.

We may also suspend or close the whole programme. If we do, we will tell approved Cosmic Beacons in advance and pay everything properly earned up to that point.

12You are not our employee or our partner

Being a Cosmic Beacon does not make you an employee, a worker, an agent, a partner, a joint venturer or a franchisee of Runecast AI, and does not create any of those relationships in law. You are independent. You decide how and where you promote, within these terms.

You cannot enter agreements, make promises or incur costs in our name. You are responsible for your own taxes, your own expenses, and your own compliance. Commission is paid gross; we may be required to withhold tax or to collect tax information from you before paying.

13What we are responsible for, and what we are not

We will run the programme in good faith and pay what is properly earned. Beyond that, the programme is provided as it is: we do not guarantee that paid plans will launch by any date, that tracking will never fail, that the app will always be available, that any particular number of your referrals will subscribe, or that you will earn anything at all.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or lost goodwill, and our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the commission we have paid you, or that is properly due to you, in the twelve months before the claim arose cap to be confirmed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

You are responsible for what you publish. If a claim is brought against us because of something you said or did in promoting Runecast AI in breach of these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

14Changes to the programme and to these terms

The programme is new and it will change. We may change these terms, the commission rates, the tier thresholds, the attribution rules, the payout schedule, or any part of the programme, and we may pause or close it entirely.

Changes look forward, not back. A rate change does not reduce commission already earned. We will give approved Cosmic Beacons reasonable notice by email before a change that affects what you earn notice period to be confirmed. If you keep taking part after a change takes effect, you accept it; if you do not want to, you can leave under clause 11.

15Law, disputes, and the rest

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and disputes go to the competent courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer or employment law of your own country that cannot be removed by agreement.

These terms, together with anything we confirm to you in writing when you are approved, are the whole agreement about the programme. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something once does not mean we give up the right to enforce it. You may not transfer your participation to anyone else; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the business.

16Talking to us

For anything about the programme — including a question about a payment, a request to leave, or a privacy request — write to legal@runecast.ai. A person reads it.

About the items marked "to be confirmed". They are marked because they genuinely are not decided yet, and we would rather show you that than publish a number we might change. Every one of them will be settled in writing and sent to you before you are approved and before the programme opens for earning.
